During her 15-year international career in the tech industry, Ashley noticed all the leaders in the companies she worked for were men - and the token woman - didn’t have kids.  Knowing that she wanted children someday, she asked herself, Is it possible to have kids and a career? Ashley turned to Google for answers and found the horrific statistic that when a woman is out of the workforce for just 3 years for caregiving, she loses 37% of her total compensation power - forever! Disgusted yet determined, she spoke to 100s of women in this situation and they all said they needed one thing … a clear path from home to hired - and Prowess Project was born. 

Today Ashley runs Prowess Project, an online platform that helps caregivers upskill, network and get access to family-friendly jobs. The Prowess team has matched 1000s of women with flexible jobs that fit their desire to be a present mom and professional.  Ashley’s thought leadership has landed her in publications like Forbes, Thrive Global, Texas CEO Magazine and at SXSW.  

Now Ashley is living her mission as a new mom to her daughter, Lottie. Lottie serves as the most powerful fuel yet to ensure that women can have it all - a fulfilling career and time for family.
